2026 season registration is now open! Complete our interest form and a Team Director will contact you with more information.
All of our try-it-out events are done for 2026, but you can come to one practice for free before committing.
Ready to Join? Follow these steps:
🙌 Let us know you want to join! Reach out to us via the interest form or drop us a line at info@southcitymtb.org.
`Your Team Director will invite you to register on NICA's online registration system, Pit Zone. You will create a login, review our Code of Conduct, complete registration, and pay the NICA/Missouri League fee.
🔁 If you are a returning rider, we will automatically invite you to register on Pit Zone on April 1.
2026 Fees are:
$375 - Missouri League & NICA
$150 - team fees for team fees for NEW athletes and SLCC West Honey Badgers OR
$100 for returning athletes (Team fees are not refundable after July 1.)
💵Financial assistance is available for all fees. Money will never be a barrier to joining the team! For team fees, complete our team fee scholarship form, and for league lees, visit the MICL website. Make sure to complete Step 1 first!
🪖A bike in good working order (no coaster brakes!) and a helmet are required. We have loaner bikes and loaner helmets available.
📳Once you are registered on Pit Zone, we will invite you to Team Snap, the app we use for all of our scheduling and communication. You will need to create an account, download the app to your phone, and enable notifications. We only use to Team Snap to communicate and you don't want to miss any important updates.
💰Pay your team fees invoice when you receive it. This money stays with the team and covers a practice shirt, practice equipment, snacks, team parties and awards, and other fun stuff. For new athletes, it also includes a jersey, socks, and water bottle.
👕Order your team race jersey. You will receive an email with instructions. And complete the team intake form to get your practice shirt.
🎈HAVE FUN! Attend as many pre-season events and practices as you can. Learn new skills, make new friends, conquer goals, and get outside your comfort zone! We can't wait to ride with you!
